CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer must call to cancel a private or semi-private lesson at least 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson. The tennis staff professionals reserve the right to bill the customer for lessons canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the lesson.

If you have reserved a spot for Cardio Tennis at the Woodmen site, you need to notify Kim Davis at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class if you need to cancel. Within 24 hours of the class, you need to find a substitute or contact someone directly on the waiting list to take your place. Davis Tennis reserves the right to bill a customer who cancels within 24 hours of a Cardio Tennis class.

Please check email if you believe the weather may warrant cancellation of a junior lesson, micro tennis competition (Woodmen-Roberts), or junior team practice (Foothills Elementary). You may also contact Kim Davis directly (kim@davistennis.com, 536-0797, 761-6871) or Lori Kiser (loriakiser@gmail.com, 593-5948, 238-3781). If junior lessons or micro tennis competitions are canceled due to inclement weather, you may contact Kim to schedule a makeup lesson during another session. Refunds will not be issued for any junior lessons or micro tennis competitions that are missed due to personal reasons. Please read the Junior Team Info form for junior team policy.
