Club Tournaments
The first holiday tournament will be on Memorial Day, Monday May 28. Contact Kim Davis at kim@davistennis.com to sign up with your name, NTRP level, and cell/home phone numbers. Limit is 24 men and 24 women for a primarily mixed doubles format depending on sign-ups. You do not need a partner to sign up. You will be matched with a skill-appropriate partner and placed in a draw applicable to your tennis level. If you need to cancel, contact Kim immediately at kim@davistennis.com or 536-0797. The tournament draw will be emailed no later than Saturday evening, May 26. It is your responsibility to check your email and confirm your play time directly with Kim.
This year the Memorial Day tournament will require a minimum participation donation of $10 for ThanksUSA (www.ThanksUSA.org). This non-partisan, charitable effort works to mobilize all Americans to thank the men and women of the US armed forces by making a significant, positive impact on military families' lives through the gift of education. Your contributions are greatly appreciated!
The second holiday tournament will be on July 4th. Contact Kim Davis atkim@davistennis.com to sign up with your name, NTRP level, and cell/home phone numbers. Limit is 18 men and 18 women in the morning competition and 6 men and 6 women in an additional category in the early afternoon if needed. Play is primarily a mixed doubles format depending on the number of sign ups. This tournament is a team, round-robin competition between assigned Red, White, and Blue teams and requires specific colored shirts for your assigned team. You do not need a partner to sign up. You will be matched with a skill-appropriate partner and will play against two other doubles teams at your skill level. If you need to cancel, contact Kim immediately at kim@davistennis.com or 536-0797. The tournament draw will be emailed no later than Monday evening, July 2. It is your responsibility to check your email and confirm your play time and team colored shirt directly with Kim. There is no fee for this tournament.
The third and final holiday tournament will be on Labor Day, September 3. Contact Kim Davis at kim@davistennis.com to sign up with your name, NTRP level, and cell/home phone numbers. Limit is 24 men and 24 women for a primarily mixed doubles format depending on sign ups. You do not need a partner to sign up. You will be matched with a skill appropriate partner and play round robin doubles in a group of players with similar ability for a specified time. If you need to cancel, contact Kim immediately at kim@davistennis.com or 536-0797. The tournament draw will be emailedno later than Saturday evening, September 1. It is your responsibility to check your email and confirm your play time directly with Kim. There is no fee for this tournament.
