Foothills Swim & Racquet Club is a privately owned and operated club.  It is owned by 250 member families. 

There are two ways to have membership privileges to Foothills Swim & Racquet club, member-owner and leasing.  There are no month-to-month or summer only memberships available.  Sale and lease opportunities can be found in the classified section of the Woodmen Edition or on Craigslist.  If you were on a sale/lease wait list prior to 2011, please be aware that the club no longer is using that mechanism to exchange leases or membership sale opportunities.  Members wanting to sell or lease their membership will be using one or both of these options as that is more direct way to connect sellers and buyers (or leasers and lessees).  

If you've found a member that has agreed to lease their membership to you, the member needs to fill out the Lease Form and submit it to the Membership Director with the $100 lease transfer fee.
