FSRC Labor Day Party and Tennis Tournament - September 7, 2026 (10:00 AM-5:00 PM)

Tickets are on sale NOW for our annual Labor Day Party!

Start your morning with our tennis tournament, then head over to the pool for a delicious BBQ lunch.

Please note that everyone must purchase a ticket to enter the Club during the event.

Event Schedule:

• Party Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tennis Tournament: Morning (please see the website for specific bracket times and info)

• BBQ Lunch Poolside: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Ticket Prices (include admittance, food, and drinks):

• Adult Members (Ages 21+): $17.00

• Child Members (Ages 4–20): $12.00

• Adult Guests (Ages 21+): $27.00**

• Child Guests (Ages 4–20): $22.00**

• Children under 4 are free.

**Guest ticket prices include a $10.00 guest fee.

How to Buy Tickets:

• Online (Best Option): Purchase your tickets by visiting our FSRC Labor Day Party Webpage. Online sales close Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

• At the Gate (Day-Of): A limited supply of 40 Member-only tickets will be available at the gate. You can pay with cash or credit card (a small processing fee applies to card transactions). No guest tickets will be sold at the gate.

Guest Policy:

Advance Purchase Only: All guest tickets must be bought online in advance.

Household Limit: Maximum of 6 guests per household.

Escort Required: All guests must be accompanied by a Foothills member.

Waiver: Click here to download the Guest Waiver. A signed form is required for each guest.

Late Entry Options (After 2:00 PM)

• Members: Free entry to the Club after 2:00 PM if you skip the party.

• Guests: Subject only to the normal $10.00 guest fee after 2:00 PM for standard Club entry.

• Leftovers: If you arrive after 2:00 PM and want to eat or drink leftovers from the BBQ, you must pay the full ticket prices listed in the section above.

Tennis Tournament Information

It’s the last tournament of the year!  Let’s finish strong and have a super fun time with our friends and new tennis players.

The format for the tournament will vary based on number of participants and skill levels entered.  Draws, times and format will be sent to participants after sign-ups have been received.  Once signed up, you will receive communications from the tournament director of the tournament specifics.  It’ll be a great day of tennis.
