Foothills is a member-owned club with 250 members. The Club does not sell or lease memberships directly - these transactions are private agreements between the buyer and a current owner.

Selling a Membership

Selling an ownership share in Foothills Swim and Racquet Club is a private transaction between the Current Owner and the buyer.  The purchase price is negotiated between seller and buyer.

•  The seller pays all dues, assessments, and any outstanding fees before selling, plus.

• Both parties complete and sign the Ownership Sale Transfer form.

• The seller transfers two tennis keys to the buyer.

• The seller submits three items to the club: 1) The Ownership Certificate; 2) The Ownership Transfer Form; 3) A $200.00 transfer fee to the Club.

• The Club processes the transaction after at least 5 business days and Board approval, issuing a new certificate to the buyer.

Leasing a Membership

• Leasing is at the owner’s discretion but requires Board approval and ends on December 31 of the calendar year.

• A maximum of three consecutive leases is allowed per non-member.

• Both parties complete the Lease Transfer form, including key details.  Owners may collect a $50.00 key deposit.

• The seller provides the Lease Transfer Form and pays a $100.00 lease transfer fee to the Club.

• The Club processes leases within 5 business days; no immediate access is granted.
